I don't know my password...
Your ClearMyMail password will be the same password you use for your normal email.
If you are unsure of what your password is then please use the:
Password
Reminder
Please also check that you have your email settings set to:
Incoming (POP3) Server Name: mail01.clearmymail.com
Account ID or Username: [Your full email address]
Advanced Settings:
Authentication Method: Plain or Password
If you have Use SSL ticked then:
- Port: 995
If you don't have Use SSL ticked then:
- Port: 110
