I can't see my email through my webmail or whilst away from my computer
When using ClearMyMail your email is moved from your main mailbox (With your ISP)
onto the secure ClearMyMail clearing servers. This means that your existing webmail
service will not be able to see the cleared mail.
We are working on an advanced and easy to use webmail system, which will be integrated into the
ClearMyMail website. This new system will be available very soon.
Until our integrated webmail system is ready, you can use other (free) webmail
services such as mail2web.
To use mail2web with your ClearMyMail account:
1. Go to www.mail2web.com
2. Click on "Advanced Logon"
3. Enter the following details:
Server name or IP address: mail01.clearmymail.com
User ID or Login Name: [Your email address]
Password: [Your usual e-mail/clearmymail password]
Mail Protocol: POP3
